Just encountered this little nuisance.

Mission Editor, Strike Mission, some targets have been added to the target list.

The first target cannot be moved down. If I move the second target down, that works, but if has reached the last position and I move it down once more, an onthread exception pops up, followed by some more errors.

Low prio, as there is a workaround (Move target up works without issues) and the games does not crash fully by it.

Logged. Issue added to the (relatively long) list of change/fix requests.
Changes and fixes are not done immediately - each request is prioritized and requires varying amounts of research.
