I purchased the download and disk versions of SC World at War. I presently am enjoying game on my laptop with windows 7. I am purchasing a new All in One with windows 10. Can I download game onto new computer and still keep on laptop? Any issues with windows 10? Thanks.

You can play on both and no issues on Windows 10 whatsoever, hope this helps!
