So I have modded a game for the 1940 start. Completely conquered France. Invaded the UK. Brought in Iraq, Persia, and Spain into the fold. Own both Gibraltar and the Suez Canal but somehow Brit transports can magic units into and out of the Med. The biggest head scratcher is that the oil from Persia and Iraq appears to be going straight into the German stockpile and I can't share any with Italy. When I create a convoy to Italy the oil and iron just evaporate. They don't show up in Italy's production summary and now she's completely out of oil even after the Balkan states have joined the fun. Something has gone completely haywire with the economics.

I did originally see convoys from Iraq and Persia and got the "you don't have enough transports" warning. After a couple turns, that went away and the oil stopped flowing at all from what I see? I own the land bridge with the rail line through Syria, but it looks like the oil is going straight into Germany's stockpile?

Where are the saved games? I'll attach one if I find them?

Which version are you using? v30 had a problem with convoys I am hoping Matrix patches today.

Explain teleporting units? What was the situation?

I can't link the saved game? It's giving me f:/fakepath/"filename" is not supported? I've moved the file to a different location and get the same error? The file size is way above the 200kb max though.

Running the latest patch Version 1.00.03.

UK air units that are stuck on Cyprus magically appeared in the northern UK after I took Gibraltar. I already owned the Suez.

I just fired it up again from my last save. The Italians aren't convoying their iron ore from Sardinia back to the mainland? The Algerian iron ore isn't going anywhere either even though it is Axis owned.

Update to v31. The A.I. has some leverage when it comes to planes humans don't have. This was done because it is literally impossible for them to manage planes like a human. So I have a special rule for them moving planes long distances for a penalty. Thus magic transport. It's similar to SC3 air movement. I try to have them move air by transport as much as they can but the A.I. can't make certain judgement calls like a human can especially in the air war.
