"Romania yields Southern Dobruja to the Bulgaria as part of Bulgaria's deal to join the Axis."
Delete "the".

"Romania yields Transylvania to the Hungary."
Delete "the".

"the USA gears up its war preparation and institutes the Selective Service Training Act."
Need to capitalize the "T".
