August 2016, the Brazilian President Impeachment has just been announced. After 5 years, since 2011, where Brazil and Uruguay had been defeated by a coalition of Argentina, Paraguay and Venezuela armed forces, losing part of their territories, the time has come to a revenge. The preparation time was short, both sides will suffer from low stockpiles and that should be a short war.
For Brazil and Uruguay, what are the chances to win?
Would Venezuela, Argentina and Paraguay keep the status quo?
