I tried it and it didnt work? What units can overrun?

Tracked units I traded all my AC for 250/9 or /11 and /1 so I can overrun with them. My recon consist of one 250/1, a scout unit, an ATR or Sniper, and two /9's. Recon company HQ is a /11 (added AT capacity)

I am also confused. I am still playing 5.01 and I find that my ACs can NOT overrun. Is this a 5.02 or 5.03 change?

I have not tried overruns with ACs is 5.02 or .3 but I know for a fact that AC's can not overrun in .01 only tracked or semi-tracked vehicals.
