Hi ALl,

I have been poking at DW lately, despite being totally blind, and am thus far intrigued by what I'm seeing even if it's occasionally quite frustrating. I wanted to post here and get discussion going on any ways to mod the game to be a little more accessible for my purposes.

I'm particularly intrigued by the work that has been done on the Bacon mod, as it seems possible to add new commands to a degree I had not previously suspected. Is the method for doing this documented anywhere?

My biggest issues at the moment are related to the way the game displays information, and I'm hoping that at least some of it can be exported or converted to a format I can more easily parse. In particular, I'm intrigued by the Baconmod "console commands," for lack of a better term, and wonder if they might be extneded a bit to suit my purposes.

I'm just writing here to see what's possible and how it might be accomplished. My experience with the game is very much still early days, and in some ways I wish I had a dedicated pair of eyes to help me figure out what I was looking at, and how it might be improved.
