It appears that JA artillery delivers .15 XP per strike to Chinese units. This is problematic; when performing three strikes on an entrenched Chinese unit in a mountain hex, while the strikes may eliminate the entrenchment bonus and reduce the morale of the bombarded unit they deliver almost half a step of XP, thereby partially offsetting the benefits of the de-entrenchment and demoralization. This does not feel correct; bombarding a unit with artillery should be an unmitigated benefit to the attacking side. Also, I have found that German rocket artillery does not deliver any XP to units that are hit by them. So, is this WAD?

Thanks for the report and this looks like another bug as the campaign setting in the Editor is for Heavy Artillery to deliver 0 experience points to a defender, but is incorrectly applying 0.15 points instead.

I'll fix this for the next update.
