Hey all,

Let's say I want to create a scenario where I want to two things:

1) Add/remove the ability for partisans to break rail lines
2) Increase/decrease hex supply levels

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

Partisans automatically break rail lines which in turn lower map supply levels.

If a country has scorched earth on it will generate land unit partisans.

That's a nice idea, but a bit overdone currently : by 1939 I have Danish partisans attacks ... huh ...Don't think any significant partisan activity occured before '41 anywhere.
