Do planes fly from airbases in Light/Heavy urban hexes? I would think so, since they are cities, but want to be sure one way or the other since I have some doubt given their performance lately.

No - urbans are no fly hexes.

Hmmmm....seems like it is a city to me but that would explain some things....thank you very much...again Telemecus. I sure an learning alot about the game the hard way.
