Good day all,

I'm just about finished with the Blitzkrieg scenario - I think that the conclusion is pretty clear.

I've never tried any of the Eastern Front scenarios. I'm not up for a monster one, like D21 or the whole campaign.

Has anyone tried the Road to Moscow series? It looks interesting and the scope looks more manageable.

Thanks and have a good day,

I've played a few of those PBEM, the first one is a walkover for the Germans, the last one is really tough on the Germans. I haven't tried them vs. the PO. Worth a look.

D21 is pretty manageable, it looks monstrous, but it isn't overwhelming. Good luck!

Mike,
I just put some finishing touches on updates to the Road to Moscow Series, for inclusion in the next patch. Mostly fine-tuning objective VP for game balance.

The ability to modify the .eqp files is quite helpful. No more trying to figure out Norm's ideas for a Rifle Squad vs Heavy Rifle Squad, when you can use GE Rifle Squad w/le.MG34 vs SO Rifle Squad w/DP LMG and plug in the values from the research in FitE.

Pending the next patch, here is the current update to I. Crossing the Border... let me know any suggestions.

Damon,
The Germans did have an easy time here but I find it a challenge to reach all of the crossings over the Berezina River.

Re VII Counterattack. I decreased the Movement Bias for both sides as the time progresses, so the PO Soviets can just reach the historic stop line for a draw. I find the adjustable Movement Bias Event a welcomed addition to TOAW4.
Still testing.

cheers,
RAK
