Finally coming to grips with this fabulous game, I have a simple question.

I am playing smaller scenarios as Axis vs Soviet AI, with FOW off for both, on easy

During AI turn, several ressuply missions are conducted behind my lines by the AI, presumably to ressuply partisans.

My question is that I cannot see any partisan units on the map when my turn begins, even FOW being off

Is that WAD ?

(Playing with latest beta)

Yes - even with FoW off only the Soviets can see the partisans until they become active.

In a person vs AI game you can change the options to person to person game and then open the save as a Soviet - you should then be able to see there are inactive partisans all over the map.

you can reduce partisan activity by having garrison in certain major cities, when you open the city window you can see a percent rate, this rate should preferably be 100%, I normally used the minor axis partners for that job
