I really like CMANO Scen view for picking scenarios and is worked with CMO until the last few updates. Is there any plan to update it. I found it very useful.

Anyway it does not support steam ws downloaded files. These folders are not read.
Everytime I download something I move all the *.scen and *.ini files to my Steam folder inside of the CMO sceneries folders structure. Then scen view considers them.
Do not delete the original steam WS folders or you loose all the subscriptions in the steam WS.
