Did you know:
That who can vote and for how much it counts is a process propably more complex then logistics, majorly affected by your Profiles and can even change your Political System?

See 5.6.12.2. and 5.6.12.3. for details

Did you know that calling the CEO and ask for a board membership you can seriously buff your INT and CHA on your leaders?

Did you know that having good relations to your corp can benefit you in getting research specialist leaders, discoveries and outright new tech researched?

It's only guaranteed to buff Cha, I've seen Board Members get decadent lifestyle/etc without any of the INT buffs.
