Are there any scenarios out there that simulate either a) ICBM exchange or b) use of ASAT missiles? I know there's one or two of the latter in Chains of War, but that's all.

Wargasm 1962 includes some exchange of ICBMs; you (playing as a SAC wing out of Fairchild AFB) have 10 (I think) and the Soviets will lob some of their own towards CONUS periodically as the scenario progresses (and you do have the ability to stop them by taking their launchers out-if you can find them). The scenario primarily focuses on strategic bombers, though; the ICBMS are mostly a peripheral aspect.
