As of now, one can set a Truck Station to operate under 100% capacity. It makes sense since upgrading from level I to level II quadruples the output, and one might want to set production at a sweet spot where enough logistics are produced, but not in excess (specifically early game, when one reaches the limits of Truck Station level I but doesn't quite yet need the 4 000 logistics points level II provides, and maybe is not quite ready yet to support all the Workers needed). However, running a Truck Station at 50 % capacity not only halves the « Truck Points » output, which is to be expected, but also the Action Points they use to spread along the road network. As if the trucks' fuel tanks were half-empty. Such so that it is in fact almost useless to run the Truck Station level II under 100 % capacity. There are more Truck Points indeed compared to level I, but they actually can't reach as far. I would then suggest not to reduce so much the Action Points allotment, if at all even. Why not reduce the amount of Truck Points some more if game balance requires it - preferably while giving some feedback to the player (such as fueling trucks is easy, but maintaining them implies some core expenditures, so running the station at 50 % capacity only provides 40 % of the maximum Truck Points, but they're fully fueled !). Not having 100 Action Points really comes as a surprise in my experience and can really throw some wrenches (not wenches as I first wrote, darnit ) into the works. Granted, it's only a matter of realizing it and gearing the Station back up to full capacity, but I find it somewhat a pity that the option of operating under 100 % capacity, which is useful and works well for other assets, feels somewhat useless in this specific case.
