It looks like now some decisions are obligatory to make. How to recognize them?

Well for one thing the box on top right will be a warning if you have any that MUST be decided.

I know that I have some decisions of this kind, because the top right warning sign is impossible to miss. But let's say I have 4 decisions in a turn and I want to make only the obligatory decision or decisions and skip all others. How can I recognize which of them are obligatory?

I don't know this, but do the obligatory decisions give a zero political cost option? It would make sense that they do, since if you had zero PP left you would be unable to process the next turn. I suspect that the game just lets you process the turn anyway, even if you go into a one point PP deficit. I will watch for it next time I have an obligatory decision. Almost all decisions have at least 1 PP cost, so if obligatory ones didn't, that would show you which they are.

Good idea. I know some decisions have the option of ignore the issue. Like when there is unrest or a strike.
