It seems Italy do not lose morale after losing Rome.

Took Turin and Rome on the same turn, Italy lost morale as expected for Turin, but nothing for Rome, just moving the government to Naples. Nothing happened on the Entente turn too.

Playing on expert as CP, started it before the 1.02 patch.

Thanks, I can see the issue and will get it fixed.

Naples, Syracuse and Palermo would also have the same issue if that happens to fall.
