Thanks for that. I tried the 1.03 patch but same as before doesn't open saved game properly therefore I will reinstall the new 1.06 patch and start a new campaign.

Do i need to install 1.06.05 and then 1.06.08 and not just the later one ?

You have to do the 1.06.05 patch first, then the 1.06.08 patch. If you have any further questions regarding installing or uninstall please start a new topic on the tech support forum.

Any chance of making the auto upgrade a toggleable option? I prefer to manage only the 8th air force and I don't want to micro-manage the others. In that sense I miss the auto-upgrade feature.
