When leaving a port, fleets will switch modes from raider to fleet on a move with new beta.

Also like to add that it also changes the reinforcement option to no reinforcements or upgrades.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but looks like you fixed the first but....
A new bug surfaced:
You now have two ops all the time, so really unlimited moves.

1) change mode and reinforcement is fixed.
2) OP points are now behaving as they should - fixed
3) Port Interdiction is occurring now with wide range of results - fixed

Something I notices and not sure if it's working as its suppose to but one air unit can perform eight air Interdiction missions in a turn and not just two. Not sure if the change was intended and I hadn't read it anywhere so I thought I'd mention it.

8 air interdiction video: (VII Fliegerkorp(full Support mode - Naval Bomb) has 8 successful air interdictions out of 8 attempts, no other attempts are made after 8 - all other planes in the test are in mission only mode)

Personally, as long as the restriction on effectiveness/strength are still in place, I like it that air can attack more.

Watching the videos, still seems like the ability to build up land units into a port when you have no naval (or air) superiority is too much too simple.

Should only be 2 interdictions from air.

As for full port blockade of supply I still lean no because it causes too many other gamey situations.

I think the multiple air interdiction bug is not fixed in the last beta 9U83. Just a reminder
