Suggestion: posting an "open" game on the on-line PBEM++ thing (no password on game) will often - times lure an opponent. I think it is the "Create Challenge" it is called. In the diplomatic pouch you can then share emails and convert the game into a regular email game if you want, by saving it from the PBEM++ server. I hope you find a game. I think Larry is pretty much the expert guru of Germans in D21, you might ask him. When I have posted an "open" ( not passworded") challenge I always got an opponent in only a day or so. I would go but I am soon on hiatus due to physical challenges (back surgery soon). Good Luck!

It is.
Now had he offered a DNO or some similar, I'd have jumped all over it....

It may be DESIGNED to be played against the Sov. PO, however, there is no such thing as a SOLITAIRE ONLY scenario in TOAW. ALL scenarios can be played in any mode. Doing so may reveal overbalancing done by the designer simply for Elmer's PO sake (instead of using other techniques to "assist" Elmer) but that does not prevent playing ANY scenario via email.

No, it wasn't. I know, I designed it, I put in a PO for the Soviets but none for the Axis. so it was and always has been a solitaire scenario. Russo-German War is the H2H version.
