Hi,

I'm new to the Command Modern Operations series and the Matrix store. I just bought CMO and some DLCs and some Live scenarios from Matrix.

1) Can I install this onto two computers at the same time?

I have a laptop and a desktop. I am saving to update the desktop next year and that is the main system for games with a large screen, but I would also like to play now. I won't install it on my old desktop or my laptop if I can have only one installation.

2) If I activate steam keys, that should let me play on two systems without an issue - is there any issue doing that with CMO?

3) How do I install DLCs?

I assume I install:
Installer (CMO multi setup)
CMO Update (CMO Update Comp)

Do I then install CMO DLC Installer (CMO Multi DLC Setup)?
Then the individual DLC installers? eg Sesert Storm DLC (CMO DLC Installer) for each DLC/Live?

4) Will the file downloads disappear after 30 days?
"You can use this link to download the game directly to your computer over the internet and start playing right away. The download is available to you for thirty days after your order. "

5) Can I disregard all the "CMANO" files? eg for Desert Storm: "[PC] CMANO Update v1.15.6 " and " [PC] Update v1.15.7
(Mar 31, 2020)" etc

6) Can I play offline? Can I download a cache of Sentinel-2 files/BMNG files or others, eg covering the Desert Storm maps. so that I can later play offline without streaming data? I can see a "Feature Request " thread, but I don't know the current state of this. I have already downloaded the scenario pack and database images.

7) How much is streaming data eg for Desert Storm campaigns? 1gb? 50gb? Is BMNG less of a download issue than Sentinel?

Hi MyP,

I'll answer what I can here and forward the rest on to people who know more about those matters.

2) I do that with my copies and did well before I joined the team; there should be no issue here (except if both installations are being used at once--that won't work)
3) The files for the DLCs are included in the base install, the license to use them is activated when the DLC is installed. The install sequence you have there is correct.

5) Yes, there is no requirement for any CMANO files in CMO. Scenarios from CMANO are backwards compatible (i.e. you can play them in CMO), but CMO scenarios are not playable in CMANO. The CMO versions of the official standalone scenarios have extensive improvements.
6) Yes, you can definitely play offline. As for downloads and size, someone else can give you better information than I can.

Thanks.

Just now, from the "My Page", I clicked on "Get Steam Key".

I then tried to register the game and now get the message "Sorry, you already redeemed this serial."

Can you please let me know what I need to do to register, or if I have already done this somehow.
