Status: offline 		1. I learned myself hard way you can't leave Manchester empty. You can buy a garrison, you may also send one from belgian Congo.
2. Closing space between UK and Ireland may also prove usefull for different reasons, one quickly became apparent in your game.
3. Keeping your planes outside of Axis bomber range is also important, you rarely need them close to the coast anyway.

Looks quite grim, but losing UK is not the end of the world, if you can buy enough time. Though it got attacked pretty early, so...

Status: offline 		Panzers in Abyssinia? That must be a first. With the focus on ME, I think Barb will be underpowered. Will be interesting to see what happens in Russia and Asia in the fall.

~ 10th Army pop up in Jerusalem and are immediately hit by Panzer and Army...they hold
~ Ghurkas destroyed by german pzr outside Dir Dawa; Axis abandons Mogadishu to the South Africans
~ Level 2 Turkish Armies on USSR border; ITA paratroops at ready state: looks like June 1941 will be the fateful date

Status: offline 		Reading this AAR I have taken to drinking for you EarlyDoors.

It appears Fanfir is a Magician of world class ability. Able to make Allied units disappear and produce Axis one's out of thin air.

I can see why you haven't been able to do any screen shots, you must be pulling your hair out trying to come up with a solution.

A great read though, maybe after the game you could both give some insight's into what your plans were and how they were countered.
