1/16/21, 2:34 PM - [Allied]: +6.3 Blitz Ploesti. Fractional=528 (no), 2D10=12, LCR=6+0+12=18. Same exactly result as previously. German defenders forced to retreat and are flipped. Half (round down, 1 in this case) Soviet attackers flipped.

I'd like to use CW's 1 rail move to rail this Terr to Boma, but can't because of the bug. I wanted to check to see if it would be ok for me to "manual" make this rail move by editing our game file?
