Status: offline 		Just bought the game, apologize if this has been asked before. What does cowering mean? As I understand the manual "cowering" may be applied to the SHOOTER if they are second line troops firing without a leader directing fire. Is this correct? I thought the manual said 1st line and elite troops were immune to cowering. I was playing a scenario where I fired with elite german troops and cowering was applied. Or is cowering applied to the target?

Really enjoying the game.

Status: offline 		Cowering means that the units do not fire as effective as they are taking more shelter than focusing on the fire attack, I suppose. Only British Elite and First Line are immune to cowering
