It happened trice in a row that my capable advisor gave a significant penalty on the natural relation score with an attached leader. On the manual it is mentioned that the scores on the personality traits are one of the factors determining the compatibility between the two members of my cabinet. Are also the preferences for profiles taken into account for the relation? Is there a way to estimate concretely if an advisor is compatible with another leader?

Try to use low Ego advisors. I think it helps if their Authority and Wit levels are similar.

I try to get ones with low Ambition and Authority values - it is going to cause issue if the Advisor wants the job.
But I think the Profile of the leader also plays a role.
