No strategic bombing.

Two CW bombers ground strike the German defenders in Paris.

The German AA can fire on the incoming bombers. If it does, then the AA fire results in the lowest die out of four.

Will the German AA fire?

I will now take a break for at least a couple of hours.

When rolling for the ground strike I rolled three dice on the die-roller thinking it was one aircraft bombing versus three targets. Turns out that MWIF is asking for rolls for the bomber with no chance of hitting a target as well. So I will roll again for the second aircraft. And use the rolls in the order that MWIF requests them. (And the first bomber is the bomber with no remaining factors, thus removing the hits on the two corps)

The ground strike hits two units, but alas, one of them would have become disorganized anyway. In the end the AA fire saved the MOT from being hit.

Billotte adds HQ support to the attack on Paris.

France has no air support available. No AA either.

Germany has one ART that can support either hex. And one LND3 as well.

The current odds on Paris is 23:15 +1.
And the odds on hex 55,30 is 11:14 +1.

Will Germany add any defensive support? It clears automatically.

And what combat type will be selected for hex 55,30 that will be attacked first.

And can Germany, at this point, decide whether the attack on Paris will be assault?

Please Support Paris with ART only, no Support 55, 30 - LND3 will not fly

Please choose Assault for both Attacks

55, 30 first loss will be INF if Required

Paris first loss will be PARA if Required

And now. For the main event. France versus Germany. In Paris. Will France be able to beat the German Army for the first time in twenty years? France has the home advantage. Germany has their dreaded paratroopers. The world watches for the battle of the century.
