Two units are placed in each of the two factory cities. 6 in defence in each. The two ships are placed one in each port. The CP in the southern port.

Status: offline 		If there is an attack with 7:1 or better odds, then we will always pick assault. No need to ask.

Note that 7:1 blitz is automatic with 1d10 table. Even if you have a negative die modifier for some reason.
