The Japanese have long-ago out-stayed their welcome in China and Manchuria. As usual, I don't start withdrawing until its too late to stop being overwhelmed....

Peking is finally abandoned, but a corps remains in Mukden to hold as long as possible.

The PI and Marianas are about to fall and eastern Java has been invaded.....

The Italians surrender and the Germans have only a handful of non-air units left.

I suspect its all over next turn.

The Germans finally surrender.

Not much else to report. The Soviets continue down the Korean Peninsular and the Japanese refuse to give ground...

The Americans land a Para in FIC but this is ejected. A British corps seeking to cut off the retreating units near Bangkok is also meeted out with punishment.

I don't believe this. The Hungarians have surrendered too now. I mean seriously? Do they not believe in the final victory anymore?..... sheesh... tough audience....

But the Romanians and Bulgarians are keeping the faith....even though that means the Bulgarians simply giving up Sevastopol without a fight.

Meanwhile the forces in Korea have temporarily stopped the rot, but the Japanese units in Northern China are in retreat and try and find refuge behind rivers.

The Japanese defences in Korea and China continue to groan under the strain of holding back the tide....

Meanwhile an attempt to get a SNLF to Japan fails as it sails straight into a US task force off the P.I. I should have taken a manual route...

Ever the realists, Japanese radio reports that events in southeast Asia have not necessarily moved in a direction favourable to the Imperial Japanese Empire.....

Singapore falls and Rangoon, Batavia and Penang are shortly to follow.

The IJN decide to go down fighting (no Regia Marina here).

Two turns left and the remaining Romanians (try saying that after a few pints) are destroyed in total.

Formosa is occupied and Okinawa is invaded. Seoul is occupied.

The Japanese use up everything they can including their Kamikazes. They manage to destroy an AVL and a CV - and damage another AVL.

Over to the Allies for their last turn. Judging by all those AVL's it's going to be serious.....
