This seems relatively staightforward; I would suggest moving the tax strategems to the Tariffs strategem category when you hit f5 to play strategems and renaming it Taxes&Tariffs or something. Tariffs and Taxes are some of the most rarely played strategems. It hardly makes sense to have a main category (tariffs) with like a maximum of 4 cards in it and which is hardly used, while the tax cards sit in NATION and are also hardly used. At least moving the tax stuff over to Taxes&Tariffs would consolidate them and remove some of the clutter from the NATION category.

It seems like an easy no brainer to me.

Thanks! Honestly, it's just that the Tariff category annoys the heck out of me. Such valuable screen real estate wasted on a barely used 4 card category! Unless I'm playing wrong and people are bustin' tariffs in and out every 10 turns. I think I average maybe 1 tariff card a game.

The whole Stratagem management needs a overhaul. Actually Stratagems piling up started becomming a game crashing bug.

Vic is currently experimenting with Scrapping/on demand generation of some Stratagems in the Beta. Hopefully a lot of the more spammy/rarely used ones like Tax & Tariffs will be subsumed into the mechanic. Wich should clean up a lot of entries.
