ORIGINAL: Joseignacio quote:
ORIGINAL: Centuur No bug: RAW: You cannot trace a supply path into a sea area that contains: • an enemy CV, SCS or aircraft unit with an air-to-sea factor; • unless it also contains a surface naval unit (...) Convoys are surface naval units (but not SCS)... Dont knbow if I get it right but shouldnt this mean that David is right and it is a bug? Convoys are not SCSs so the JA should have an SCS, CV, NAV, to get supply, but they dont so shouldnt they be OOS? No. The rule does not say "SCS". It says "surface naval units". Those are two different things. Anything that floats on top of the water -- CVs, SCS, TRS, AMPHs, and CPs -- is a surface naval unit. Only an SCS is an SCS. I had missed that distinction, but Centaur is correct.
