Why my fighters dont fly if German bombing my airfield? but if he bombing my units or city my fighters fly against enemy. How many times per turn can German bomb each airfield? 2 times?

I have this setting for whole game but last two turns my figheters dont fly during airfield bombing

Your basic question, yes it's twice per hex.

Your expecting miracle, It's two months into the war and the Soviet airforce is poorly led, low morale having the it kick out of them for two months.

As for the problem, not enough info. Are there any ready aircraft in range, what's the leader like, how tired are the pilots, have you set any group range, what's they morale/exp/fat like. If you have flown any AI offensive missions you may have no fighters ready as your settings are massive for escort purposes.

The general view is you should limit Soviet offensive air operation for the most of 1941 until winter sets in, feed them in slowly. Air intercepts are OK but it's early 1941 so miracle won't happen.

My advice is send all units with more unready than ready aircraft to the reserve, reduce the air doctrine setting if you are using AI mode, particularly city attacks they are pointless, increase the percentage ready to fly this will limit which units are available to fly for any mission.

So why he can bomb my airfields unlimited times? Sometimes it's 3times sometimes 5times. I don't except miracles I know soviets use old planes and can't match against modern experienced German fighters. But I don't understand why until turn 5 everything was alright but last two turns he can bomb my airfields unlimited times and my fighters sit on the ground. Maybe some bug? I use last beta version and it's server game

Each hex can only be bombed 2 times per turn if you see examples that he bombed the same hex more than that I would post them here as that would be a bug IMO.

The most likely issue with the limited information here is that your fighter fatigue is too high. Can you post all of the fighter groups in one of the fronts in the ledger sorted by fatigue and a list of the bombing results in that front? Its possible there is a bug but need more information to understand what you're seeing.

Here are planes with most fatigue, Northern Front already bombed enemy airfield so fatigue is higher but nothing extra high

Have a look in the turn summary report to see which exe he's using. Maybe on an earlier patch before restrictions on bombing.

Possible a bug but I've never seen that since the patch restricting bombing. As you say your using the latest patch then you might have a game corruption.

As to why you have no planes intercepting well from the list you posted most are up north. The action is in the south and those few planes in range are low moral, have few ready a/c and it's only the 7 Aug 1941.

way to high % for air commitment.

Thus in some battles he is sending so many that they get used up faster and have much less mileage available for future battles.

Try dropping the % to commit.

Plus the game is quirky as to air defense.
