While I am creating a scenario, I am noticing that an AB-212 helicopter, equipped with Dipping sonar, although hovering over an enemy submarine, while detecting it, fails to classify it as hostile (the GOBLIN remains yellow and not red) and therefore does not may have permission to attack it.
Although the Goblin is just -40 deep, the helicopter runs out of fuel without having identified it ...
Similarly another enemy submarine, literally surrounded and submerged by sonobuoys, is not detected ...
How is it possible ?
Is there something that I have not activated in the creation of the scenario?
