While playing the RtL-scenario i got a combat delay after attacking the hex south of Vitbalis on turn one (the first battle of the scenario).

I asigned L-corps to 16th army and moved 86th infantry divition forward and attacked with that (deliberate attack)...achiving a final combat odds of 41-1.

Still i got a combat delay in that hex.

Deliberate attacks always get a minimum of 1 delay. Only hasty attacks have the potential of a 0 delay.

Also if after the attack there's enemy unit adjacent to the hex attacked (including the original defender!), the delay will be 1MP even with an overpowering hasty attack. This rule doesn't apply on GE T1 iirc?

Combat delay is really crippling to motorized units since each point is +3MP for them.
