Hello

I have the issue that indicator sprites sometimes stop flashing. It can be reproduced by ...

1) Select a clickable hex, for example a town or a unit.
2) Right click on a clear hex.
3) Scroll the map by moving the mouse quickly and briefly to an edge. Now the sprites stop flashing. (If I do it slowly there is a chance that everything works correctly.)

The icons start to flash again if I select a unit and deselect it with the right mouse button. Or at least most of the time they start flashing, sometimes they are more resistant and you have to repeat it several times.

The map scrolling speed is set to the maximum, I use NATO counts, and Blue_Max_Screens_ALT_2 and Blue_Max_Units are enabled (other Blue Max modules are disabled). (Edit: It seems that none of this matters, the error occurs with slower scrolling speed, and the default 3D units or counters too.)

It seems to be enough to have nothing selected and bump on an edge to scroll a little bit. This explains why this issue occurs multiple times per turn.

WiE and WaW are not affected, only WW1.
