I've installed the latest Beta patch, but i've got two issues with this scenario.

First, (I already put this one in the Kashmir Fire Subforum, just thought I would put it here too), is that the EA-18 Growlers on the Carrier John F Kennedy don't seem to have access to any ECM pod or Anti-Radiation Missile loadouts, just the minimun Reserve, Maintenance, and Ferry. This seems like an issue to me.

Second, When i run the scenario, I get lag on it running, even at real time. It will run at real time for a few seconds, then hang on a second for a little bit, then resume. I think perhaps there are too many Satellites for this scenario to run properly, but I don't know.

Additionally, a couple of the Chinese Satellites seem to be bouncing back and forth across large distances, seems like a glitch to me.

I ran into that once on a cold startup as well, excessive lag at ~15second mark forward about every 2-5 seconds there after. Seemed to get slightly better over time. Played under build 1147.24.

I let it run somewhat painfully for 2min of game time (probably 3min real time) when it was doing that the first time I ever tried the scene. Then I reload it. I noticed upon further re-loads at that point (in the same session, and even after restarting CMO) of the file (original or updated) produced far less noticeable lag or no lag. I have some theories on why that may be.

The bouncing back and forth isn't so much a glitch as a database issue with some TJS's sats that I reported last summer. see: #5917
It can be corrected via LUA as a temp fix\workaround to the TLE's provided in that post, I don't think it's the cause of the lag, but it's probably not helping.

I wonder if all 152 are needed myself.
I would note some of the geosynced sats that are more than 5k nm away from the region seem kind of pointless.
I see more than a few redundant looking non-geo sats (basically same orbit and same gear).
Wondering why civilians aren't blind so that side doesn't have to track contacts, maybe there is a reason not immediately apparent.

If you're getting it consistently and not just on a cold startup of CMO I have 2 versions you could try to see if it helps and would be interested if they make any noticeable difference for you.
1st file - Just patches the TLE's (and includes events for it because tle's have to be re-done on every load).
2nd file - Patches the TLE's, removes 60 seemingly redundant sats (I probably missed a couple), and sets civilian side to blind. I could be wrong but I didn't notice an actual impact to times or the way the scene operated with their removal and the tle tweaks, but I've not played the original enough to be 100% positive about that.
- fwiw 2nd file in the first 60 seconds of playtime reduced file io requests by 35-40% (data read wise) vs the original, most of that savings was gis\strm requests.

For the first one, I think maybe that's because the carrier magazine was set to its default loadout? Cuz I see the number of other missiles like the AGM-154C-1 changed, too.
