I go through the Axis Reserves sending two Stug Bns and two Flak Regiments to the MAP and putting a Werfer BN to REFIT. The 260th ID reinforcement is sent to the 11th Army. Army HQs are advanced to new depots where available. I airlift supplies into Polotsk, Biala Podiaska, and Tarnopol.

T04 Ground Losses:

The Soviets lost 353K men last turn - I will need to improve on that to get them below 3M again. The Soviet losses in guns and AFVs are encouraging.

T04 Air Losses:

This is not going as well as I have hopes for but the AI Air Assist is using the LW more than I did in the previous AAR. This is probably good - it just seems bad.

T04 Production:

The units are running low on ammo and fuel now. The number of vehicles in units is looking good though. Manpower pools are good but the fighter pool is still looking small.

T04 Trucks:

47K trucks used from units seems high but totally understandable with how advanced the front lines are to the supply network.

T04 Supply Net North:

Supply distribution is becoming more from new depots than pre-war ones. This is good. Luftflotte 1 is about the same basing as last turn but Luftflotte 2 has sent some tactical air and recon eastwards.

T04 Supply Net South:

The supply net has not really advanced - no real surprise there since the rail heads really just started to advance last turn. The 3rd Rum. Army Recon Group has moved forward with the front line.

T04 Air Phase:

We have established that even with AI Air Assist on I can perform supply transport without any breaking of the system. Another tool to get the AI to do what I want is through the Commander Reports - Air - AOG tab. There I can change the stance of AOGs and determine whether I want the AI to ADVANCE, HOLD, RETREAT, or FLEXIBLE. I personally do not care for FLEXIBLE as it seems too chaotic for me. If I place the AOG on HOLD then I can manually change the location of an AOG and it will stay there. I will do that with the Fleiger Fuerher Ostsee AOG at this time. This is the complete collection of naval aircraft in the LW.

I have two objectives I wish to achieve here. The first is transferring the AOG to the Black Sea to be used against Odessa. The second is to transfer the command from Luftflotte 1 to Luftflotte 4. The AOG is currently near Koenigsberg. I right click on the AOG label and drop down to Naval Ops and select Odessa. I then right click again, go down to reassign AOG to and select Luftflotte 4. I then have to change the stance to ADVANCE so the AI will now control and move the AOG for me.

I now activate the Air Phase. A Naval Patrol directive is now created for Luftflotte 4 which does no sorties as the AOG had to transfer down and had no mileage left. There is a Superiority directive for Luftflotte 1 that did not fly any sorties either. This is because the fighters are out of range of the directive box.

VI Corps gathers in the Krupki area and elminates a small pocket while also opening a hole in the Soviet line in front of Mogilev. VIII Corps eliminates the Soviet pocket south of the Dvina River and forces back the front of the Soviet line on the Land Bridge. XX Corps fails to eliminate the remainder of the pocket north of the Dnestr. V Corps seals the pocket back up and fails to advance on the road from Polotsk to Velikie Luki.
