In this week of the war Herr Loki somehow had excess and shortage in WE?

events check for ground/air/night being over or under requirements so you may have one of the 3 under so shortage event fires while one of the other 2 may be over with a certain chance to fire the excess event

Okey dokey. Makes sense. If so couldn't code/text be added so we know which element (gr/air/night) triggered what?

Actually thinking on this more I don't think it's that as we have air requirements events shown like this.....

We split the items in North Africa because we wanted a different outcome for each type of garrison failure or success. It adds a lot of additional events to do this for all of the TB requirements. Since we have multiple conditions in one event, we can't say which fails. You can always view your TBs and see which items are over or under garrisoned.

Sorry what I meant was the above seems to indicate a pro and con event in TB in the same turn for the same theatre

You can have a pro and a con event in the same turn. You could be doing well on the ground but be behind in the air.

Hi Joel,

You'll all know more than me Sir. I was highlighting since the EXCESS and SHORTAGE in WE events both picture ground units so it's an unknown if air event or not. I always thought the air TB events pictured aircraft? You'll see the WE Garrison Shortage picture in the 1st post. Here's the Garrison excess picture in this post
