started game in 01, updated to 03b. I dont know if this one started happening after the patch or was always there as I did not have communications with this faction before. This is now 2nd time it happens.

the last decision is supposed to remove fist profile but instead it grants you some, other diplomatic choices have worked fine even with latest patch.

Autosaves are done at the end of a turn so the decisions are already made and it seems that for some reason I did save over the manual one as more bugs appeared :(
Did try run end turn once but it generated different diplo mission to them, anyways sending the autosave before it happened to you, it also has other save for other bugs.
