game started in 01 and updated to 3b later.

I dont know why, but my formations no longer return old units to to SHQ after they are obsolete/unwanted or wrong formation type, they have been stuck in their formations for 10 turns or so, there are plenty of logistic points left and I have even tried allowing the SHQ to use 100% of logistic points but nothing happens. Some of them are right next to SHQ.

The unit tooltip does say that there are units wanting to be returned but nothing is done about it. Both SHQ and the target unit has them marked for return.

Does the SHQ have any Logistics Points left over for the "Reinforcement" step?
Usually that one is the first to go when the Logistics become strained.

I asume you ecluded bottlenecks and that the model might not be be fitting?

Are the units on a road that has logistics points?
There was a recent report that some part of the replacement process only works if the unit is on roads.
But a few recent fixes dealt with Robotic and Immobile units not getting reinforcements as well.

in the screenshot you can see that the specific unit standing in same place as the shq

Looks like there is a glitch.

The next patch will fix the issue on loading the save game.

@Phyroks,

If you have not send your savefile yet please do so as well.

I did, it was the one with 2 saves, JH one.

Still has some issues in 04 version, not sure whats up, did send you new save file. Patch did not have * on it atleast.

I am still working on this issue which seems to underestimate the number of logistical points available. Will be fixed in the upcoming patch (later this week)
