Its already been done.

Avalon Hill and Atomic got together to make ASL for PC and instead came up with Close Combat 1.

Which is where your artwork came from.

I would never buy ASL for PC. It would be so boooooooring to play.

A tactical version of watching paint dry. Sorry, once I would have been a fan of the idea, but Bill Gates came along :)
