Tried to delete this but it will not let me.

Darn it this ended up at the wrong place...

I have ripped it out as the troubleshooting suggested to no avail.

The game blanks out for a second or 2 and eventually turns into snow on my screen and I have to hard shut down my computer. It may be my monitor is running to high of a resolution. I have a 4k monitor I dropped it down to 1920 x 1080 and it sill blanked in and out. I have a AMD RX 580 Radeon 8GB RAM. All drivers are up to date.
