I started with a list but it got way too long, the set up is as per the read me, some of the bigger changes are there. Suggest check it out have a look around and I will ask any questions here. It is hypothetical but we are looking at a slower tech start, less CV around until 43, more focus on surface actions, less planes, less modern planes - but in 43 it advances rapidly, 44 very rapidly.

In reality this will be the most fun if you dive in PBEM without looking too much. I have tried my level best to ensure there are no big problems to be fixed, its based on another mod (RA 8.0) I finished PBEM in mid 44 without issue but corrected and amended to enhance my vision. Scn42 (best for more exp Japanese player) has no carriers at PH but 4 steaming toward it, scn43 ( best for v exp allied player)has total allied surprise with 3 carriers at PH.
