Are these guys meant to have +1 stats over regular corps?

Because on the purchase screen their stats are identical, but the mountain corps that deploy (i.e. by event in the Caucasus) have +1 attack and defense stats.

Do they happen to be say, in the mountains, at the time you check them?

Oh right. Was wondering this as well, the manual just says "benefits", could be anything. Logically I assumed it would mean easier movement.
