Status: offline 		Hello there, in my StB game with Tyronec I see in the manual that Germany is supposed to get the event "More Men for the Ground Forces" on January 13, 1943. We've gone past that date in the game and I still haven't gotten it yet. Is this like a background event that you don't see in the event log? I haven't noticed any bumps in manpower production though.
