Hi guys!
Do you confirm me that at the moment is possible to pick up units with an helicopter but not with a ship?
is there a way to place (not in the editor, but in game) units in an airport and load them to an aircraft?

You are correct that ships cannot currently pick up cargo units. As to the second question, if you have a transport helicopter available, use the helicopter to pick up the units and then land it at the airport. This will convert the units to cargo elements which you can then load on to an aircraft.
