Status: offline 		Can anyone explain why the Ski Div in Narvik cannot trace a Rail Supply path to Helsinki?
Note that Narvik is adjacent to the Arctic Ocean. Also, be aware that the USSR is currently Neutral.

Status: offline 		Probably a glitch. If I load your gamesave, the division is correctly stated to be in supply.
