Soviet 1941 Campaign, Turn 36. It's second bug like this. Last week I have battle near Stalino where 6 mortars killed 8000 manpower.

Try attack 228,166 Hex, and 231,177 Hex. Deliberate attacks will generate bugs, but hasty attacks should be fine for this odds.

It was fixed in a version 1.02.00 we sent out to testers about 10 days ago. It didn't go out because it was superseded by a 1.02.01 update with some additional fixes. That version went to Matrix today so they could build an installer. It should be out sometime next week.
