3 regiments surrender during turn 2, which is impossible.

Do you have saves for this? Is it against the AI in which case a save at the start of the Soviet turn would be best. If a server game, let me know who the players are and I will download the latest saves. I agree it's very odd to see German regiments destroyed so early. I assume they weren't isolated, right?

I sent you the save files by e-mail, thank you.

My opinion: I hope they are not teleported to that island in the Arctic again and surrendered there, just like in the previous version? This game-breaking bug is, to be honest, quite frustrating for me as I cannot find ways to justify these random surrenders to continue the game (except perhaps they stumbled upon a portal and got transported to the world of Narnia), and even if I start a new game, I cannot be sure if this bug will occur again.

Thanks, I replied to your email. Unfortunately I need the end of Axis turn save. It does look like something wrong happened, but no idea what without a save closer to when the units were destroyed.

Thank you, but this is what I see right at the beginning of Soviet Turn 2. I am playing against the AI.

I have sent you the end of Soviet Turn 1, the Axis Turn 2, and the beginning of Soviet Turn 2, altogether 3 save files. If you proceed with the end of Soviet Turn 1, you may be able to generate the same result.

They were destroyed between the start of your turn 2 and the start of Soviet turn 2. Sorry, I thought you were the Axis player. Since you are the Soviet player, I loaded the turn 2 German turn and let it run the AI to see if it would repeat, and using the prelog save that gets created, see in which phase the unit's were destroyed. Unfortunately it didn't repeat. I suggest you turn on the prelog save game preference in your game as that will tell us what phase was the culprit if it happens again.

I ran your save using the 1.01.09 version (what it appears you were using) as well as the latest version I have 1.02.02 that is in test, and it didn't recreate using either version.

I was able to determine using your most recent saves that some German units were being moved onto Soviet controlled hexes without flipping the hex control (in rear area pockets). The game then destroyed the unit during the next logistics phase. We couldn't get the movement to the enemy hex to consistently repeat, but Gary's put in a few more blocks to try to prevent an AI unit from doing this. He also adjusted his routine that tries to clean up these situations where units end up on an enemy hex. These changes will likely be in the next update that goes out. Thanks for the saves.
