Hi,

As british, after Addis Ababa and all Abyssinia was liberated, i bought an abyssinian garnisson.

But i can't deploy it, the OK button is grey in the new units window. Of course Addis Ababa is free of unit.

Why ? Is it because, maybe, the supply level of Addis Ababa is still too low ?

Yes, the City has to regrow to 5 before you can place a unit
